Executive Producer/Casting/Film Packaging Manager

*Coordinates A-list talent packaging and attatchments of U.S and international co-productions.

*MUST have 5+ years experience as executive producer, producer, casting director, Alist manager, or previous partner in film finance/packaging division at agency with proven track record and proven one-onone A list talent relationships.

 *Must understand all aspects of international film finance including soft money, equity, senior/mezz debt, pre-sales, co-productions, etc and hows its related to film packaging and attatching cast for deficit pre-sales when 50%-70% of financing is in place.

* Must think outside the box and have "seize the day" attitude. 

*Must have high level of professional ethics, integrity, values, consciousness, laser focus, and the ability to close a deal with a sense of urgency. 

*Must be ethical, conscious, physically and emotionally fit, and have a high degree of personal and professional morals and values.

*Must have added value as a rainmaker and knowing how to "close the deal" without endless schmoozing and must be respectful of time.
*Have an entrepreneurial drive, motivation, and zest for life that is balanced and well rounded. Bonus points if you are a Leo, Cancer, or Taurus.
*This is a back end commission and points-based position based on close of talent in conjunction with structured film finance

Chief Financial Officer

*Structures and coordinates international film finance transactions utilzing various risk minimization and hedging strategies including private equity and debt placements, structured finance, tax credit monetization, studio-co finance, reverse mergers and/or IPO exits
*Must have 7-20 years of proven experience in international film finance, investment banking, capital markets at global financial institution.
*Must have proven hands on deal making in structuring large global private placements (100 million dollars +) from international institutional investors and extremely high net worth investors.

*Must have stand alone relationships with global institutional capital and family offices.
