Barry London, the former Vice Chairman Of Paramount Pictures Corporation in both the production and distribution side is joining Noci Pictures entertainment in an advisory role pending the Company's $300 million dollar capitalization into U.S. domestic theatrical distribution.
He spent almost 30 years at Paramount and held various positions, including President Of Worldwide Distribution And Marketing, and, President of the Motion Picture Group and made the studio #1 in gross revenues for more than a decade. He directly oversaw the production, distribution, and marketing of billions of dollars of budgets and box office revenues and hits including "Top Gun" , “Beverly Hills Cop 1,2,3”, “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off”, "Mission Impossible", “Golden Child”, “Naked Gun”, “Godfather Part 3”, "Ghost", “Forrest Gump,” “Braveheart,” “Clear and Present Danger,” “The Firm,” “Wayne’s World,” “Fatal Attraction,” and “Crocodile Dundee” among others. He was directly responsible for acquiring “Crocodile Dundee” for several million dollars which went on to gross nearly $330 million dollars worldwide.
Mr. London also served as the Chairman & CEO of Destination Films, a motion picture finance, production, and theatrical distribution company.
Noci Pictures is currently in discussion with various equity and debt sources to capitalize a $300 million production and theatrical distribution fund which will take advantage of the shrinking output of studio released films, the emergence of low cost theatrical distribution options, and the long term library and asset value of films Noci Pictures finances, produces, and eventually aquires for the United States marketplace.
